Barry
Tarter, CPA, MBA Executive Director 
| Combining
a passion for athletics and expertise in developing evolutionary
services, Mr. Tarter leads the growth of EXACT. Prior to EXACT, Mr.
Tarter was a Field Team Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Subsequently, as an innovation manager at Unilever, he utilized new
technologies in the development of personal care products. Mr. Tarter
has worked with a variety of organizations including Bally Total
Fitness, Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola, Wilson Sporting Goods, Bell Sports,
& the NCAA. He is a former high school wrestler (silver
medalist) & soccer player (city champion), and former FIFA
soccer referee. Mr. Tarter is a graduate of the University of
Wisconsin (BBA) and the University of Chicago Graduate School of
Business (MBA). |
Peter Broadley, MEd

| Coach
Broadley has
extensive experience at all levels of soccer, having managed youth,
collegiate, and professional organizations on both a regional and
national scale. Prior to EXACT, he was most recently a Head Men’s
Soccer Coach at the NCAA Division I level. With 20 years experience
in recruiting and placing athletes in collegiate and professional
teams, he is very aware of the importance of evaluation to player
performance. Coach Broadley is involved with the most prestigious
soccer organizations in the US including the NSCAA, USYSA, ODP,
NCYSA, NFHS, USL, USSYL, MLS, and the NCAA. |
Jimmy
Disch, PED

| Dr. Disch,
professor of Kinesiology at Rice University, has authored numerous
articles in the areas of applied measurement, prediction in sport, and
applied sport science and co-authored the textbook, Measurement
and Evaluation in Human Performance. He has served as chair, secretary, and advisory
board member for the measurement and evaluation council of the American
Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance
(AAHPERD). Dr. Disch has worked as a consultant and advisor
for Olympic and professional teams. He is currently on the
Educational Advisory Committee of USA Volleyball and directs several
youth sport clinics. In 1999 he was named recipient of the
National Measurement & Evaluation Council Honor Award. Dr.
Disch is a graduate of the University of Houston (BS, MEd) and Indiana
University (PED). |
Chad Ehrnsberger

| Mr. Ehrnsberger leads EXACT's baseball
operations. As a three-time all-Big Ten selection, a National College
Baseball Writers Association All-American and 1st Team Academic
All-American, Mr. Ehrnsberger knows what it takes to succeed.
He currently plays professional baseball for the Joliet Jackhammers and
has worked as an instructor, health club manager, and high
school teacher. He recently created a charitable organization, Hometown
Homers. Mr. Ehrnsberger studied at Ohio State and is a
graduate of University of Central Florida. |
Chris Gardner

| Mr. Gardner manages EXACT's Texas operations. He was a
highly successful baseball player in the Houston community. Having
worked in the restaurant industry for nearly 10 years, Chris
understands the complexities of both keeping our clients and partners
satisfied and of managing a well-run logistical operation. Mr.
Gardner is a graduate of Concordia University at Austin with a degree
in Kinesiology & Exercise Science. |
Danny Gibb
| Mr. Gibb manages
hockey operations at the youth and collegiate level. Mr. Gibb played
hockey at the elite level through high school and now continues as a
hockey coach at the high school and club level. He is Level 4
USA Hockey Certified and currently serves on the board of directors for
the Mar Vista Hockey youth program. Mr. Gibb is a graduate of
California State University Los Angeles. |
Courtney Hall

| Mr.
Hall completed a successful football career where he received the SWC
80’s All-Decade award. As a professional athlete, Mr. Hall
was an
8-year starter for the NFL San Diego Chargers, team captain, and 4-time
1st Alternate to the Pro Bowl. He also served as an NFL
Player’s
Association representative. Mr. Hall is a member of a
sub-committee of
the Rice University Board of Trustees and serves on the board of the
National Council for Unity. Mr. Hall is a graduate of Rice
University
(BS) and the University of Chicago Law School and Graduate School of
Business (JD, MBA). |
Galina
Kirillova, PhD

| Dr. Kirillova
is a Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences and is an expert in the human
physiology and biochemistry. In the Soviet Union, she conducted
research in bioenergetics and in the biochemical mechanisms of free
oxidation and adaptation to cold. Dr. Kirilloval is currently the
director of a biochemistry lab. Dr. Kirillova's research program has
been related to the mechanisms of organismic reaction to external
stressors. She received a MS in Human Physiology and earned a Ph.D.
degree in Biochemistry from the Moscow State University, Moscow, USSR. |
Levent
Kirsci, PhD

| Dr. Kirisci is
a professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Statistics at the
University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Kirisci has developed as well
as uses state of the science mathematics and statistics to solve
complex problems requiring short and long term prediction.
Dr. Kirisci, a former Fulbright Scholar, has published over 50 articles
on this topic. He is a graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh (MA, PhD). |
Rebecca
McNamee, PhD

| Dr. McNamee is
a University of Pittsburgh professor conducting research related to the
cognitive and neural networks of youth. Using complex brain imaging,
she works on improving data processing and analysis for these
individuals. Dr. McNamee is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh
(MS, PhD). |

Ridenour, PhD

| Dr. Ridenour
is a professor in the department of Human Development and Family
Studies at Penn State University. Combining his love for athletics and
analysis, Dr. Ridenour explores various components of success in the
sports community. He is a graduate of Washington University (MPE) and
Ball State University (MA, PhD). |
Ralph
Tarter, PhD

| Dr. Tarter is
Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Psychiatry, and Psychology at the
University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Tarter has expertise in neuropsychology,
psychometric measurement, and statistical methodologies. He has
published 300 scientific articles and 10 books. He directs a research
center funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) aimed at
longitudinal prediction of outcomes from childhood to adulthood. Dr.
Tarter is a graduate of Concordia University [Montreal, Quebec] (BA),
Dalhousie University (MA), University of Pittsburgh (MPA), and
University of Oklahoma (PhD). |
Michael
Vanyukov, PhD

| Dr. Vanyukov
is a professor at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on human
genetics. He has expertise in understanding how genetic and
environmental factors elucidate an individual trajectory towards
successful or negative performance outcomes. Dr. Vanyukov is a graduate
of the Moscow State University, Moscow, USSR (PhD). |
